➡️📃Guardian Feasibility Study – Power Mains Analysis
Before installing any electric vehicle charge points, it’s essential to assess the current electrical installation to ensure it can handle the additional power needed for charging an electric vehicle effectively.
Guardian can organise a visit your site to conduct a 7-day assessment of your power supply. This data will help you make informed decisions about EV charge points and determine how many your current installation can support, or if you require additional work to your electrical infrastructure to accommodate the installation of EV points.
➡️📃Inspection & Testing of Charge Points
A standard EICR may not cover any charge points on site. This means that once your 3-year warranty expires, the vendors responsibility ends and your EV chargers may never get tested as they don’t provide inspection & testing, leaving the Duty Holder responsible if any issues arise.
📅A 12-month frequency has been classed as a minimal time between I&T, this may change due to the usage of the system. Our service line has been designed specifically for the periodic I&T of EV charge points and uses specialist equipment.
If you require more information on any of these services, please do not hesitate to contact Guardian Electrical today.
