🧑🏻🔧This weeks’ find features a lead, that at the time of inspection was in use by the customer! As you can see on the picture below, the exposed wires have had a bit of a makeover, by attempting to cover the live wire with insulation tape, ultimately the item was failed.
✅After informing the duty holder of the issue, the lead was replaced and later retested by one of Guardians EET engineer and was deemed as passed, resuming to normal service.
👍🏻Just another example highlighting the importance to having your businesses electrical equipment inspected and tested thoroughly.
