I just wanted to take the opportunity to write and express my thanks to you and your colleagues for the fantastic support you have been providing me since late last year in regard to Fixed Wire Testing and Inspection at my clients site at Granta Park in Cambridge.
With your expertise, our clients portfolio is soon to be back in to compliance having been vastly overdue their Fixed Wire Testing and Inspection, something CBRE inherited when commencing the contract with them.
I have been massively impressed with the engagement with the Guardian team. Your attendance at site meetings has assured my client no end and your understanding of mitigating disruption to our clients business has been appreciated.
Time for science is key at a pharmaceutical facility and the testing so far has worked around this and has included specific working patterns/times to suit.
All of my team have commented on how professional guardian have been thus far, from yourself and the guardian management team, to the inspectors on site. Our client has also commented on how well the testing has been.
It has also been extremely pleasing to take advantage of a reduced occupancy on site due to COVID-19 and complete more testing!
