Projects Administrator – Sheffield

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Projects Engineer to deliver business objectives in line with the company business plan.
  • Support the Senior Projects Engineer as required with respect to client communications, work programming, field operative scheduling and associated Health & Safety requirements
  • Liaise with relevant end user personnel to ensure efficient planning of works
  • Produce various reports in digital format using Microsoft products or bespoke business software as required.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to ensure correct information flow, and issue minutes as required.
  • Monitor your personal KPIs to ensure you meet business and client objectives

Experience/Knowledge Required

  • A professional committed team player

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Administrator experience essential
  • Strong I.T. and telephone skills
  • Work force Scheduling system literate
  • Reports scheduling system literate
  • Microsoft Office competent
