Remedial Administrator – Sheffield


Guardian Electrical Compliance Ltd are one of the UK’s leading providers of electrical safety services, specifically providing Inspection & Testing services nationwide to many blue chip companies and public sector organisations. Our experience spans a variety of industries and working environments, from education to manufacturing and production.


The Remedial Administrator will be office based and be required to work closely within the Remedials & Effective Monitoring department reporting directly to Line Manager’s to deliver business objectives in line with the company business plan.

General administrative tasks as below but not limited to –

  • Processing completion certification/documentation produced by Guardian Engineers/Clients
  • Liaise with clients to ensure that records within their TraQit websites are updated accordingly
  • Managing TraQit email accounts
  • Monitor your personal KPIs to ensure you meet business objects on turnaround times for TraQit updates & Remedial aspects
  • Responding to both internal & external queries
  • Assisting Operations department
  • Actively participate in team meetings to ensure correct information flow, future and on-going support and project activities, problems and opportunities
  • Photocopying, scanning, printing, e-mail response as appropriate

Skill Set

  • Although training will be given, basic IT skills are required including experience using the Microsoft Office package
  • Experience using SharePoint & ACT
  • High energy levels and excellent communication skills are imperative to this role
  • Good level of accuracy, attention to detail and communication skills are essential
  • Research & problem solving
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A professional committed team player

Additional Job Details

Salary – £17,500 – £19,500 per annum paid monthly in arrears, dependent upon experience

Hours of Work – 08:30 – 16:30 Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 15:30 on Friday

Holidays – 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays
