Mission Christmas – cash for kids🎁
Today, the lovely Jen and Hayley took a trip to Hallam FM to where ‘Mission Christmas – cash for kids’ have been based for their present collection. Armed with bags of presents, they dropped off the selection of gifts from Guardian employees who have been donating for the past four weeks. See the picture!!🎄
Guardian has donated for the past eight years. All this involves is buying an extra Christmas present that will be donated to a disadvantaged child in the local area. As many families this year face poverty, more and more children could be waking up on Christmas Day without anything under the tree. “Heat” or “Eat” is a real choice for so many families this winter. 🎄
A simple gesture like grabbing an extra gift on your shopping trip or giving a donation can stretch to completely changing a child’s Christmas! 🎁
