To the untrained eye, this new installation appears satisfactory but what you may not notice is where the earth is terminated, on the neutral bar.
⚠️ Terminating an earth cable to a neutral bar is not recommended. If the neutral and grounding wires are connected together anywhere else, the return current that is meant to flow on the neutral will flow back to the panel on both the neutral and ground.
⚠️ This can cause a dangerous voltage rise in equipment cases if any leakage or insulation fault exists in any existing equipment.
